A Biggleswade resident for 26 years, I have 2 grown up children, Mayo the Spaniel/Labrador cross and my long suffering wife Jacquie!

Prior to moving to Biggleswade I spent many years living and working in Letchworth, Baldock and Shefford and regularly cycle through these lovely places too, so its fair to say, I have a vast knowledge of Central Beds and North Herts!

I’m secretary of Biggleswade Ivel Badminton Club and am known to scramble around a Badminton court twice a week!

Biggleswade itself is a popular and growing town situated in Mid Bedfordshire on the River Ivel and dates back to 10,000BC. It has a wide range of housing stock including homes dating back to the 1600’s to several New developments, and everything between. Amenities include a vibrant and bustling Town Centre, A Retail Park, a Leisure Centre, several Schools and great Road and Rail transport links to London and the North, which led to Biggleswade being named Commuter Town of the year in 2020.

Professionally, I’m one of only a handful of qualified local Agents (Member of the National Association of Estate Agents) which means I invested the time to study and pass the 4 modules. It also means I have a wide property knowledge base, am at the forefront of what’s going on in the property world, that I abide by a nationally recognised Code of Practice and commit to ongoing training to ensure my clients receive the best advice and guidance, which they rightly deserve.

I personally deal with all aspects of the journey from the initial valuation through to completion and everything inbetween, including preparing the write-up, images and floorplan, accompanied viewings and post-sale progression to ensure the transaction progresses smoothly and without fuss.
